Important: Answers to the most frequently asked questions can be found throughout our website. Include details for your inquiry. "Call me." and "I’d like to learn more about your software." are examples of vague messages that will cause delays in handling your inquiry.
Current Pawfinity clients can get immediate access to our responsive support team via the business dashboard. Simply click the following link to sign in and Get Support. Once signed in, simply create a new support ticket. This is the primary means of support for account holders.
We do not handle support, nor product inquiries through social media such as Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. These channels are intended for entertainment and news purposes only.
